Package Plans

Below is a description of different package plans.  Please choose one that suits your personal requirements.  No matter which you choose, I will work out a diet plan based on your daily schedule and the foods you like, including a weekly cheat meal where you can eat one meal of your choice.  At each consecutive weekly checkup, you will update me with your weight, and we will talk about any changes in your diet plan if necessary. At every stage and of course in between, comes cupped with spoonful’s of encouragement and motivational tips.  After all I’ve been there myself and know what courage it takes!

Package 1

Fully Online

  • Diet plan suited to your needs
  • 5 weekly follow up emails
  • Additional checkups $20 each / $60 monthly

Package 2

Semi-Online

  • 1 hour video call to draw up diet plan
  • 4 weekly follow up emails
  • 1 final video call 15 minutes

Package 3 

In Person / On the Phone

  • 1 hour meeting to draw up diet plan
  • 5 weekly follow up meetings 15 minutes
  • Additional checkups $35/$120 per month

Please note for whichever package you choose I am always available for your questions in between weekly checkups via whatsapp/email.  After committing and completing one package, you may switch over to another package.  Payment via paypal for the entire package is required before handing over the diet plan.  If a different payment method is required please contact me for other arrangements.

My Personal Story

UNTIL THE AGE OF 17 I suffered from obesity. I specifically use the word suffered because being an overweight teen is no fun at all! I tried countless diets and struggled through different exercise routines but despite all my efforts the numbers on the scale didn’t budge. The more frustrated I got the more determined I became to find an effective weight loss method. When the scales finally read a whopping 60lb less I realised that all my efforts were not in vain.

Using my personal experience and now as a successful nutritionist and personal trainer, I decided that it was time to make dieting more fun and simple than ever before! I realised that more than anything else, as well as minding their weight people need to enjoy their food. For the first time ever, watch how dieting can become filled with fun!
